改革开放以来,我国工业经济飞速发展,随之而来作为“工业血液”的石油用量也日益增大,我国的石油产业进入了高速发展时期,石油工程建设项目数量也与日俱增。石油工程项目主要包括对石油资源的勘测,开采和使用。石油属于不可再生资源,使用过程中务必要节约。此外,石油属于易燃易爆物质,必须妥善管理。因此,在石油工程项目管理中相关人员应及时发现问题并制定相应措施予以解决,最大力度的避免造成不必要的浪费。
