提高机器可靠性和寿命的关键在于控制零件的表面层状态。表征表面层状态的参数很多,表面粗糙度是一个重要的方面,它将影响机器及其零件一系列的使用性能。然而目前在生产中对此未能予以足够的重视。最近颁发的表面粗糙度国家标准规定了一组较为切合实际的参数。为使设计人员能正确运用标准,科学合理地确定表面粗糙度参数,本文介绍了各参数与机器零件使用性能的关系,并列举了典型表面的粗糙度数值,以及各种典型加工工艺所能达到的粗糙度数值。
The key to improving machine reliability and longevity is controlling the surface condition of the part. The parameters that characterize the condition of the surface layer are numerous and the surface roughness is an important aspect that affects the performance of the machine and its components over a range of uses.
