一、绪言 09CuPCrNi钢具有优良的耐大气腐蚀性能,除了归功于众所周知的Cu、Cr、Ni等合金元素外,磷也起着相当显著的作用。关于磷具有提高耐大气腐蚀的作用,已有大量的试验和报导。早在1921年,Storey就预言含铜的高磷钢最耐腐蚀,1929年Kendall和Taylerson证实了Storey的预言。他们的试验结果表明,在田野大气条件下,含0.05~0.07%P的钢(含0.15~0.40%Cu)的寿命为1500天,当磷增加到0.13%时,其寿命为3500天。盐雾试验的结果示于图1,它表
I. Introduction 09CuPCrNi steel has excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance, in addition to the well-known Cu, Cr, Ni and other alloying elements, phosphorus also plays a significant role. There has been a great deal of experimentation and reporting on the role of phosphorus in improving atmospheric corrosion resistance. As early as 1921, Storey predicted the most corrosion-resistant copper-containing high-phosphorus steel, and in 1929 Kendall and Taylerson confirmed Storey’s predictions. Their test results show that the life span of steel containing 0.05-0.07% P (containing 0.15-0.40% Cu) is 1500 days in the field atmosphere and 3500 days when the phosphorus is increased to 0.13%.
