在对铝合金超塑性所做的大量工作中,研究了单相和两相型式的合金[1—2等]。而对工业铝合金则研究得很少[3—5]。同时,只有测定出各个技术领域中所使用的工业铝合金出现超塑性效应的条件,才有可能使这个效应得到实际应用。为此,本研究确定了一系列工业铝合金——变形的可热处理强化的B96Ц、B93、AK6、01420、AK4—1和不可热处理强化的AMr6合金(表1)转变为超塑性状态的条件。
In a great deal of work on superplasticity of aluminum alloys, single-phase and two-phase type alloys [1-2 and others] have been studied. The industrial aluminum alloy is rarely studied [3-5]. At the same time, it is only possible to make this effect practical if the conditions for the superplasticity of industrial aluminum alloys used in various technical fields are determined. To this end, this study identified a series of industrial aluminum alloy - deformed heat treatable reinforced B96Ц, B93, AK6, 01414, AK4-1 and non-heat treatable AMr6 alloy (Table 1) conditions into the superplastic state.
