我区新到一台西安产的KGCA-90/50～90-KB充电机,安装在斜井充电硐室,使用不久,即发生两起故障,现将这两次故障的检修情况介绍如下: 一、合隔离器GK时总开关跳闸,经检查发现是由于GK的A相动刀片松动滑到钢质连接杆上造成A相接地所致,动刀片松动的原因在于动刀片的固定螺丝上没有加锁紧螺帽,经长途运输后松动了。处理时由于GK设计紧凑、空间小,正面伸不进手,不好操作,为此将U形螺丝反装在动刀片上套进连接杆里,用M6螺帽拧紧并加锁紧螺帽锁紧,这样既可防止再松动,也便于日后修理。厂家原在钢质方形连接杆上缠有1mm厚的4层绝缘布,但缠得不均匀,边上成梯
