随着轨道交通行业用人单位对学生实操技能、安全意识等综合素质要求的越来越高,为适应行业要求,既要培养学生的专业技能,还要培养学生的综合职业素质,对《接触网检修与维护》课程结构进行研究,提出紧密结合实际工作岗位,以工作过程为导向,实施任务驱动,将对学生职业综合素质的培养融入理实一体化的全新教学模式中。
