罗坊镇农机站是我区一个大站,现有职工14人,其中党员5人,有技术职称的7人,全站拥有房屋面积2300平方米。该站在宋三根站长带领下,近几年发生巨变,1995年已有“十个服务项目”,达“四个增长”。几年前固定资产不足10万元,1995年发展到固定资产44万元,增长340％;几年前该站欠外债5万元,人心思走。1995年产值达66万元,增长27％;利润5.1万元,增长21％;人平收入4500元,增长13％。现在全站银行无贷款,职工思想安定。该站自1993年、1994年、1995年连续三年获市、区先进农机站,宋三根连续三年评为全区先进农机站站长,并评为区、镇优秀党员,1992年评为全省农机管理工作先进工作者。
