2003年1月5日,江苏省幼儿教育研究会组织幼儿教育考察团,从上海直飞新加坡进行考察。 在新加坡,考察团受到了新加坡社会发展和体育部官员的热情接待,参观了新加坡建设发展局幼托中心和新加坡全国职总幼托中心等幼儿园,并和新加坡幼教协会进行了座谈,大家对新加坡阶梯式教师培训十分感兴趣,不断接受培训是新加坡教师工作的一个重要内容。
