本文根据我们所面对的人才招聘现状,指出了现代企业人力资源招聘中存在的问题。针对有关问题,结合理论和招聘实践,对如何提高招聘的有效性,解决招聘中的诸多难题,进行详细阐述。
This article points out the problems existing in the recruitment of human resources in modern enterprises according to the status quo of recruitment we face. In view of the related problems, combined with the theory and recruitment practice, it elaborates on how to improve the effectiveness of recruitment and how to solve many problems in recruitment.
