1月13日上午,福州市、罗源县慈善总会2016年“慈善情暖万家”活动启动暨破石村慈善幸福院揭牌及中华林氏总会福建分会捐赠仪式举行。参加仪式的有福州市慈善总会方庆云会长、张焰、洪锦煌副会长、方月炎秘书长,省慈善总会代表贾颖女士,县委常委政法委董志干书记,林氏福建分会林坚副会长等十二位企业家,罗源县西兰乡中帆铭茶有限公司魏言平经理,县慈善总会朱碧娟会长等,西兰乡林颖书记、郑良亨乡长,破石村两委及入住慈善幸福院
