霉菌污染在食用菌生产中是个不容忽视的问题。例如代料栽培香菇,常见木霉污染,有时污染率高达25%以上;疣孢霉是蘑菇一大病害,在福建省病害发生严重地区,曾发现整个菇床颗粒无收的现象,这给菇农带来惨重的经济损失。化学防治病害是一种有效的手段,多菌灵是比较常见有效的一种。但若长期使用同种药物,杂菌易产生抗药性,防治效果受影响,且加重残留带来的环境污染问题。为此有必要选择更换其他有效化学药剂。本文拟将盼牟施与多菌灵作对照比较:
