材料低温工况下脆性破坏具有较大危害性,材料低温韧性由其冲击功体现,因此材料是否需要冲击试验,对设备的安全性而言有着举足轻重的作用,设计者正确选材及准确判断是否需要冲击试验显得尤为重要。本文通过对UCS-66冲击试验豁免曲线和对MDMT的理解,详细介绍并总结了ASME Ⅷ-1中碳钢和低合金钢材料对冲击试验的豁免条件。
The brittle failure of the material under low temperature conditions is more harmful and the low temperature toughness of the material is affected by the impact energy. Therefore, whether the material needs an impact test or not plays an important role in the safety of the equipment. The designer selects the correct material and accurately judges whether it needs Impact test is particularly important. Based on the UCS-66 impact test exemption curve and the understanding of MDMT, this paper introduces and summarizes the exemption conditions of impact test of carbon steel and low-alloy steel in ASME Ⅷ-1.
