Intravenous injection of Iopamidol, a non-ionic, low-permeability contrast agent (referred to as Iop for short) compared to commonly used Meglumin-Ioglicinat (herein referred to as M-Iog) Histamine concentration increased. According to statistics, in 3 to 5 minutes after the injection of ionic contrast agent, the average concentration of histamine in serum is higher than that of nonionic contrast agent. This observation is consistent with the less severe allergic and allergic side effects after Iop application. It is not yet clear from statistics that this can lead to a reduction in such rare, life-threatening complications. Mainly to patients who had a history of contrast allergy and allergy using non-ionic, low permeability contrast agent can reduce the incidence of complications.
