在有当年苗种、一龄、二龄及三龄成鱼的养殖池内随机抽样,发病季节增加抽样数。共查100粒鱼卵、1600尾苗种、200尾成鱼。检查方法按水生所《鱼病调查手册》的规定进行,先肉眼检查病原体,再镜检计数。 标本收集和保存 将原生动物制成涂片盖片标本,用肖氏液、何氏液固定后,放入盛有70%酒精的试管中保存。孢子虫用10%甘油酒精制片保存;另选取部分虫体连同侵害组织用4~5%的福尔马林溶液保存;被侵害组织制成切片标本用葡翁氏液保存。单殖吸虫用布氏胶、PVA封片保存。甲壳动物放入盛有70%酒精的试管中保存。细菌、真菌类疾病以症状为主进行判定,未作病原菌分离鉴定。
In the current year seedlings, first instar, second instar and third instar adult fish ponds were randomized to increase the number of samples during the season. A total of 100 eggs, 1600 seedlings, 200 adult fish. Inspection methods according to the Institute of Fish Disease Investigation Manual, the first naked eye inspection of pathogens, and then microscopic examination. Specimen Collection and Preservation The protozoan was smear-covered specimens, fixed with Shaw’s solution and Ho’s solution, and stored in a test tube containing 70% alcohol. Spore worm was preserved with 10% glycerol alcohol; the other part of the worm was taken together with infested tissue preservation with 4 ~ 5% formalin solution; the tissue was infested tissue preserved with Pu Weng’s solution. Monascus parasiticis with gel, PVA sealed storage. Crustaceans are kept in tubes containing 70% alcohol. Bacterial, fungal diseases to determine the symptoms, not for the isolation and identification of pathogens.
