近年来,我国电子政务建设取得了显著成效,其在降低行政成本、提高政府行政效率、提高政府透明度和公信力以及转变政府职能、实现服务型政府等方面发挥着积极的作用。目前,我国电子政务建设仍面临法律法规不健全、基础设施建设不完善以及部门各自为政,难以形成发展合力等问题。从建立健全电子政务法律法规体系、加大投入力度完善基础设施建设以及加强部门合作,建立联动共享机制等方面提出针对性的对策建议。
In recent years, remarkable achievements have been made in the construction of e-government in our country. It plays an active role in reducing administrative costs, improving the efficiency of government administration, improving the transparency and credibility of the government, transforming government functions and realizing service-oriented government. At present, the construction of e-government in our country still faces the problems of imperfect laws and regulations, imperfect infrastructural facilities, and departments acting in vain, making it difficult to form a joint force for development. From the establishment and improvement of laws and regulations of e-government system, increase input to improve infrastructure and strengthen departmental cooperation, the establishment of linkage and sharing mechanisms and other aspects of the proposed countermeasures and suggestions.
