人们清楚记得,那是1999年“十一”之后不久,欢庆建国50周年的歌声仍在耳畔回响,人们仍沉浸在中华崛起的喜悦之中。朱镕基总理于10月6日下午,在省、市领导的陪同下,兴致勃勃地视察了盐田大梅沙海滨公园。金秋的大梅沙海滨,风和日丽,游人如织。总理首先来到太阳广场,仔细察看大梅沙片区规划模型和规划设计挂图,详细询问大梅沙片区规划建设情况,并先后实地察看了沙滩、张拉膜建筑、太阳广场、月亮广场等。他对大梅沙海滨公园的整体规划、建筑风格以及自然景色表示赞赏,并嘱咐陪同的市、区领导,这么好的沙滩,一定要保护好,要建设海滨旅游胜地。 大梅沙变得更美了,多位中央领导人先后到大梅沙视察,并给予了充分肯定,大梅沙也成为了深圳接待重要贵宾的指定风景区。 盐田变了,高起点的城市规划,优美的山海资源,拉动了旅游业的蓬勃发展,由此引发了相关产业的兴起,产生了巨大的经济效益,社会效益和生态效益。
