This paper first analyzes the social needs of BIM technical professionals in construction engineering in higher vocational colleges, and then puts forward the plan of BIM technical personnel training in higher vocational construction engineering. The purpose is to provide a reference for higher vocational teaching and research workers in construction engineering.
