治疗青光眼的方法很多,但治疗低眼压尚无特效疗法。作者在动物造型上采用三种手术(睫状体脉络膜剥离术、视网膜脱离术或睫状体剥离术)造成猴眼低眼压。术后2天测眼压,然后点0.25%水杨酸毒扁豆硷眼膏,15分钟后,用10%氯化乙酰甲胆硷(methacholine chloride),200微安培,作电离子透入。用药后1/2、2、4、8和24小时测眼压。另设正常眼同样用药作为对照。每组6眼,术后2天测得的眼压是:10.2±1.3(睫状体脉络膜剥离组)、7.5±1.2(视网膜脱离组)和2.5±0.4(睫状体剥离组)mmHg。用毒扁豆硷和乙酰甲胆硷后1/2~4小时期间,眼压可升至正常水平,然后逐渐下降,24小时后眼压仍稍高于治疗前水平。眼压升高的峰值是7.2±1.0(睫状体脉络膜剥离组)、6.8±0.9(视网膜
There are many ways to treat glaucoma, but there is no cure for low intraocular pressure. The authors used three procedures in animal modeling (ciliary body choroidal dissection, retinal detachment or ciliary body dissection) caused by low ocular pressure in the monkey eye. Intraocular pressure (IOP) was measured 2 days after surgery and then 0.25% salicylic acid lentigine ointment. After 15 minutes, the cells were infiltrated with 10% methacholine chloride and 200 microamperes. Intraocular pressure was measured 1/2, 2, 4, 4, 8 and 24 hours after treatment. Another set of normal eye the same medication as a control. The intraocular pressure (IOP) measured in each group of 6 eyes at 2 days postoperatively was 10.2 ± 1.3 (ciliary body choroidal detachment), 7.5 ± 1.2 (retinal detachment) and 2.5 ± 0.4 (ciliary body dissection) mmHg. Intravenous pressure increased to normal levels within 1/2 to 4 hours after treating with physostigmine and methacholine, and then decreased gradually. After 24 hours, intraocular pressure was still slightly higher than before treatment. The peak IOP was 7.2 ± 1.0 (ciliary body choroidal detachment group), 6.8 ± 0.9 (retinal
