本文综述了目前国内外对铝基复合材料组织、性能和制造工艺的研究进展及开发应用的现状,对未来机车车辆制造和维修中钻基复合材料的应用进行了分析探讨,指出在未来高性能机车车辆上采用铝基复合材料制造重要零、部件,是实现列车轻量化,提高列车承载能力和行车速度的重要途径之一。
This review summarizes the current research and development of the microstructures, properties and manufacturing processes of the aluminum matrix composites both at home and abroad, and analyzes the application of the drilling matrix composites in the future manufacture and maintenance of rolling stock, pointing out that in the future high performance The use of aluminum-based composite materials on rolling stock to make important zero parts is one of the important ways to reduce the weight of trains, increase the carrying capacity of trains and the traveling speed.
