众所周知,信息技术的发展影响着社会的各个方面,企业管理也不例外。信息科技发展迅速,公司要可持续发展,必须跟上社会前进的脚步,所以公司会定期进行培训员工以适应市场的需求,提高绩效,即达到企业的目标绩效。绩效技术是公司培训的关键所在,文章就提高公司绩效的培训过程做了简要分析。
