【化学名】 2—叔丁胺基—1—(4’—羟基—3’—羟甲基苯)—乙醇。【结构式】【作用特点】本品为一种新型的肾上腺素能β—受体兴奋剂,其对支气管平滑肌的松弛作用与异丙基肾上腺素相同,但由于本品在体内不受儿茶酚氧位甲基转移酶的影响,即不被甲基化而失活性,因而作用时间较长,可持续4小时。另一特点为本品能选择性作用于β_2受体,而对β_1受体几无影响,因而没有异丙基肾上腺素对心血管的副作用,如不致产生心搏过速、纤维性震颤等不良反应。
