为了貫彻1963年全国結核病学术会議精神,进一步加强卡介苗接种工作,于全国会议后,嘉兴县科协及嘉兴防痨协会联合于1963年6月21日至22日召集了全县城镇人民公社各业务基层单位代表,并邀請了嘉兴专区临近数县及浙江省六个結核病防治单位代表80余人,举行了“上海卡介苗接种工作情况与經驗介紹”及“卡介苗的免疫与变态反应”两个专題报告。嘉兴县結核病防治所科研小組宣讀了“新生儿以皮上划痕法与皮內注射法接种卡介苗的效果及併发症的研究”,
