开黄花的金花茶C,Chrysantha(二倍体)与其他物种的种间杂交,在用种子培育杂交种植株上的尝试己被证明是不成功的在我们的杂交试验中,将越南山茶(六倍体)和金花茶进行五次人工控制授粉处理,成功地获得了含有三粒可育的种子的两个成熟蒴果。将这些可育的种子的成熟子叶置于BA3mg/L+NAA1.0mg/L的MS培养基上进行离体培养,经过六个月时间的缓慢增殖,把它转移到椰乳10%+GA_3 1mg/L的MS培养基上,子叶表面形成大量的浅黄色或浅绿色的芽点。这些发生出来的芽只有4.3%(6/138)形成5厘米以上的带叶小植株发育成苗。由根的分生细胞的核形态特征可以看出,这此新生植株是越南山茶和金花茶的杂交种。
Attempts to breed hybrid plants with seeds have been shown to be unsuccessful in our hybridization experiment, with Camellia sinensis C, Chrysantha (diploid) cross-breeding with other species, Ploidy) and Camellia sinensis five artificial control pollination, successfully obtained contains three fertile seeds of two mature capsules.
