本文就顶网纸机生产的新闻纸亮度两面差大的问题,经过详细的生产工艺分析、数据统计、研究、论证后,得出问题根源在于网部纸幅细小纤维Z向分布差异大,这是由顶网结构决定网部纸幅两面脱水不均造成,亮度最低的细小纤维分布在纸幅正面占多数,从而引起成纸亮度正面低、反面高的较大差异。针对此现象,文中提出一些改进措施。
