1997年以来,我们应用小剂量肠溶阿司匹林合并西比灵对60例偏头痛患者进行治疗,取得明显效果,报告如下。1 材料和方法1.1 一般资料本病诊断标准按国际头痛协会1988年拟定偏头痛标准~(〔1〕)。参照标准选自我们医院门诊偏头痛患者120例。曾有消化性溃疡及上消化道出血史除外。随机分治疗组和对照组。治疗组60例,男21例,女39例,年龄17岁～46岁,平均年龄31.5岁。病程1年～20年,平均4.5年。频率:1个月～2个月发作1次者39例,3个月以上发作1次者21例。对照组60例,男24例,女36例,年龄15岁～44岁,平
