患者,男性,37岁,江苏省阜宁县人,农民。因阴茎阴囊进行性增大;反复发作炎症5年,性欲丧失2年而就诊。体检,阴茎阴囊肿胀,阴囊腹侧有大量疣状物;阴茎皮肤粗肿,且弯曲呈水平方向左侧倾斜,小便时尿线不规则,向左大腿方向排出;患部皮肤破溃糜烂,角化严重。于1965年10月16日血检发现微丝蚴,给服海群生后于1965年11月9日行阴茎阴囊象皮肿切除术。用美蓝溶液划成两侧腹股沟外环下方切线弯向前下方,然后向下,向后绕过阴囊后方,在阴囊上部中线处与对侧切口线会合。
Patient, male, 37 years old, Funing County, Jiangsu Province, farmer. Progressive increase due to penis scrotum; recurrent inflammation 5 years, loss of sexual desire 2 years and treatment. Physical examination, swollen penis scrotum, scrotum ventral mass verrucous; penile skin swelling, and the horizontal tilt is tilted to the left, urine irregular urination, the direction of the left thigh excretion; ulceration of the affected area of the skin erosion, keratosis serious. On October 16, 1965, blood tests found that the microfilariae, to service the sea after the group died in November 9, 1965 the penis scrotum elephant skin resection.
