通过对24例胃癌根治术后切缘癌残留病例作回顾性分析。认为推广规范化的胃癌根治术和术中切缘冰冻活检有助于减少胃癌根治术切缘癌残留的发生率。
A retrospective analysis was performed on 24 residual cases of cancer after radical resection of gastric cancer. It is believed that the promotion of standardized gastrectomy for gastric cancer and intraoperative marginal biopsy of frozen limbs can help reduce the incidence of resection margins in radical resection of gastric cancer.
