稻瘟病菌不同生理小种毒素对水稻愈伤组织的生长具有抑制作用,并降低愈伤组织的成活率。猪瘟病菌毒素对水稻愈伤组织的毒害作用,可通过超微结构观察到,随毒素处理时间的延长,受害程度趋于严重。可引起水稻愈伤组织细胞质壁分离、线粒体双层膜与嵴模糊、线粒体空泡化、质膜断裂等受害情况。不同抗性品种表现出不同的受害程度,感病品种较抗病品种对稻瘟菌毒素敏感,细胞结构受破坏较重。
Different Physalis Species toxins of Magnaporthe grisea can inhibit the growth of rice callus and reduce the callus survival rate. The virulence of M. grisea toxin on rice callus can be observed by ultrastructure. With the prolonging of toxin processing time, the degree of victimization tends to be serious. Can cause the separation of cytoplasmic wall of rice calluses, mitochondrial bilayer membrane and ridges blurred, mitochondrial vacuoles, plasma membrane rupture and other victims. Different resistant varieties showed different degrees of victimization. Susceptible varieties were more susceptible to toxin of Magnaporthe grisea than resistant varieties, and cell structure was damaged more severely.
