近年来,我国债券市场呈现跨越式的发展特征,市场规模迅速扩大,产品体系日益丰富,制度建设持续跟进,市场主体参与意愿持续增强。就如何进一步发展债券市场、选择怎样的路径及模式,对此各方至今依然存在争议。鉴此,有必要深入分析债券市场发展的一般规律,通过研究,发现、认识并利用好市场发展规律,不断地将各方的认知及行动统一到自觉遵循市场规律上来,这是促进债券市场发展的必由之路。
