中石油川东钻探公司“12.23”特大井喷事故,不仅仅是一个高危行业的特殊灾难个案,其发生的背景与目前“安全管理体制矛盾、应急救援预案缺失、生产经营单位对生命的漠视”等众多安全生产事故原因大抵相似;事故中243个鲜活的生命,因喷涌而出并迅速蔓延的硫化氢毒气,瞬间定格在生命的尽头。一年后,我们再祭这一史无前例的井喷灾难,只是为了人们不再承受本可避免的戕害。不要让任何人无辜而死,无论是为了国家能源,还是个人金钱。
