患儿男 ,2 6天。因出生后腹胀、呕吐伴体重不增入院。Ｇ2 Ｐ2 ,孕 32周顺产。出生体重 2 0 0 0ｇ。母乳喂养 ,每次吮奶后约 5～ 1 0分钟开始呕吐 ,非喷射状 ,量多 ,未见血液及粪质 ,伴腹胀 ,以中上腹明显 ,呕吐后腹胀可稍缓解。每日排糊状黄色大便 2～ 3次 ,量少。生后无发热。
Children male, 2 6 days. Due to postpartum bloating, vomiting with weight not to hospital. G2 P2, 32 weeks gestational pregnancy. Birth weight 2 0 0 0g. Breastfeeding, each suck about 5 ~ 10 minutes after sucking vomiting, non-jet-like, quantity, no blood and fecal material, with abdominal distension, in the clear abdominal, abdominal distension after vomiting can be slightly relieved. Paste daily paste yellow stool 2 to 3 times, less. No fever after birth.
