专升本学生是一个特殊的学生群体，其特殊性也证实了对专升本班级的管理不能完全套用普通本科班级的管理模式。根据专升本学生群体特点，解读专升本班级整体氛围，并从班主任、班团干部、品牌培育和职业指导四个方面探析专升本班级管理的新路径。旨在引导专升本学生能够更好地融入集体中，保持良好的心态，并顺利完成学业。“,”Upgraded student is a special group in undergraduate colleges?Its specificity means the class management can not comply with all the measures that take to the classes of undergraduate college?This study focuses on the group characteristics of upgraded student and makes an analysis on their class atmosphere,and then explores the path of class management from four asG pects:head teacher,class leaders,brand cultivation and career guidance?It hopes to guide students to be integrated into the collecG tive,keep sound mood and finish studies smoothly.
