在多准则情况下,对项目或方案进行综合、全面评估是当今管理领域的热门话题之一。目前解决这一问题的研究方法主要有两类,一类是融进管理者主观偏好的政策偏向的综合评估方法,另一类是完全客观地单从数据指标进行综合评估。二者作为支持评估乃至政策、决策的重要手段,相辅相成,缺一不可。本文介始的PCA方法属于后者。本文系统地归纳了求解多准则评估模型的基本思想,介绍了PCA方法的基本原理,应用特点和具体算法。最后结合作者在实际综合评估系统中对该方法的应用展开了深入细致的分析和讨论,并给出了一些进一步构造单一准测的方法和实验对比结果。这些方法和实验结果从理论到实践上都有一定的参考价值,可为其它综合评估系统所借鉴
Under a multi-criteria scenario, a comprehensive and comprehensive assessment of a project or program is one of the hot topics in today’s management area. At present, there are mainly two kinds of research methods to solve this problem. One is a comprehensive evaluation method of policy bias which integrates managers’ subjective preferences, and the other is a complete and objective evaluation of data indicators solely and objectively. As both support evaluation and even policy and decision-making an important tool, complement each other, are indispensable. This article begins with the PCA method belongs to the latter. This paper systematically summarizes the basic idea of solving multi-criteria evaluation model, and introduces the basic principles, application characteristics and specific algorithms of PCA method. In the end, the author carried out in-depth and meticulous analysis and discussion on the application of this method in the practical comprehensive evaluation system and gave some methods and experimental results for further constructing a single quasi-measure. These methods and experimental results from the theory to practice have some reference value, can be used for other comprehensive evaluation system
