我院自1989年1月至1992年7月,对52例视网膜脱离患者施行了巩膜环扎、外加压术,在术后不同时期进行了验光检查。现将结果报告如下。资料与方法一、一般资料本组52只眼均为有晶体眼。男30只,女22只。年龄15～74岁。正视或轻度远视7只眼;低度近视13只眼;中度近视17只眼,高度近视15只眼。单纯外加压术27只眼;环扎外加压联合术25只眼。其中直加压29只眼;横加压23只眼。赤道前外加压9只眼;赤道部外加压31只眼;赤道后外加压12只眼。
Our hospital from January 1989 to July 1992, 52 cases of retinal detachment were scleral cerclage surgery, external pressure surgery, at different stages of the postoperative optometry examination. The results reported below. Materials and methods First, the general information 52 eyes of this group are crystal eyes. 30 men and 22 women. Age 15 ~ 74 years old. 7 eyes of positive or mild hyperopia; 13 eyes of low myopia; 17 eyes of moderate myopia and 15 eyes of high myopia. 27 eyes were treated with external pressure alone and 25 eyes with external compression combined with cerclage. Among them, 29 eyes were directly compressed and 23 eyes were transversely compressed. There were 9 eyes with anterior and equatorial external pressure, 31 eyes with equatorial external pressure and 12 eyes with equatorial and posterior external pressure.
