病历摘要患儿魏××,男,11岁,居于农村,住院号131730,于1963年10月16日急症入院。现病史:入院前2 (?)/2月起患儿“无故”头痛,为全头痛,进行性加重,头痛剧烈时伴有(?)心及喷射性呕吐。自觉两眼视力渐模糊,家人并发现患儿眼斜,眼球转动不灵。入院前1 (?)/2月渐出现右上下肢无力,右手持物不稳,右眼闭合不全,口角左歪,精种不振,不愿活动。患病以来无发热、癫痫、昏迷;亦无吞咽困难,发音嘶哑,排便困难等症状。患儿为第三胎,足月顺产,从小健康,右力者,既往
