以丙烯酸和十八醇为原料,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,对苯二酚为阻聚剂,环己烷为携水剂,采用直接酯化法合成了丙烯酸十八酯。确定了合成的最佳工艺,即丙烯酸与十八醇物质的量比为1.2∶1.0,对甲苯磺酸的质量分数为1.0%,对苯二酚的质量分数为0.7%,反应温度为125℃,反应时间为6h;在此工艺条件下,酯化转化率可达98%以上。精制产品经红外光谱分析及对产物熔点、折光率的测定,证明所得产物为丙烯酸十八酯,熔点为30.6~32.0℃;折光率为1.4465,均与指标相符,该产物可作为聚合反应的单体使用。
Using acrylic acid and stearyl alcohol as raw materials, p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst, hydroquinone as polymerization inhibitor and cyclohexane as water-carrying agent, octadecyl acrylate was synthesized by direct esterification.
