本文叙述了P_2O_5/Al_2O_3/(C_2H_4OH)_3N体系水热晶化为AlPO_4-5分子筛的化学过程.通过对所合成的A1PO_4-5分子筛的物化性质的研究,发现该分子筛具有良好的热稳定性,其结构崩塌达50%时的温度比稀土Y型分子筛高50℃左右。同时,发现该分子筛结构崩塌是一缓慢过程.通过对AlPO_4-5分子筛裂化活性的考察,发现它在纯烃裂化脉冲反应中,对烯烃的生成有特殊的选择性;在裂化反应活性与反应温度的关系曲线中出现极大值。对以上特征进行了初步讨论。
This paper describes the chemical process of P2O5 / Al_2O_3 / (C_2H_4OH) _3N system hydrothermally crystallized into AlPO_4-5 molecular sieve.The physical and chemical properties of the synthesized A1PO_4-5 molecular sieve were studied and found that the molecular sieve has good thermal stability, The structure of the collapse of 50% of the temperature than the rare earth Y-type zeolite about 50 ℃. At the same time, it was found that the molecular sieve structure collapse is a slow process.By investigating the cracking activity of AlPO 4 -5 molecular sieve, it was found that it has special selectivity for olefin formation in pure hydrocarbon cracking pulse reaction.
