甲状腺功能亢进是由多种原因引起的甲状腺激素分泌过多所致的一组常见内分泌疾病。Graves病是导致甲状腺功能亢进最常见的疾病,近年来国内131 I治疗在Graves病治疗中的地位越来越突出。本文简述Graves病131I放射性治疗的安全性、疗效及其影响效果的因素。
Hyperthyroidism is a common set of endocrine disorders caused by the excessive secretion of thyroid hormones caused by a variety of causes. Graves disease is the most common cause of hyperthyroidism.
