在旧水泥混凝土路面上加罩沥青层是一种改善其使用性能的有效措施,但其主要问题是沥青加铺层中将出现反射裂缝。在我国,对这方面的研究和应用较少,且试用措施的防治效果并不显著,因此,不仅有必要设计新的措施,同时也应对防反措施的效果进行系统评价。根据上海市的气候条件和交通状况,本文对特种金属网格进行了三种试验温度(—3℃,15℃,60℃)下的静力试验和常温下的室内足尺疲劳试验评价。静力和疲劳试验结果均显示,特种金属网格对防治荷载型反射裂缝的效果是显著的。
Adding asphalt over the old cement concrete pavement is an effective measure to improve its serviceability, but the main problem is the reflective cracking in the asphalt overlay. In our country, there is less research and application in this area, and the effect of trial control is not significant. Therefore, it is not only necessary to design new measures, but also make a systematic evaluation on the effects of anti-countermeasures. According to the climatic conditions and traffic conditions in Shanghai, this paper evaluates the special metal grids under three kinds of test temperatures (-3 ℃, 15 ℃, 60 ℃) and indoor full-scale fatigue tests at room temperature. Static and fatigue test results show that the effect of special metal grid on the prevention of load-type reflection cracks is significant.
