从对棉铃虫高毒力的苏云金芽胞杆菌218菌株中克隆到杀虫晶体蛋白基因Cry218,限制性内切酶图谱表明该基因属于crylAc基因.改造了两个质粒载体,并以此将cry218基因克隆到E.coli JM103和苏云金芽胞杆菌无晶体突变株Bti 78/11中,重组菌均表达130kD蛋白质,对小菜蛾的杀虫率在稀释1000倍和300信时可分别达到90%以上和80%以上.
The insecticidal crystal protein gene Cry218 was cloned from Bacillus thuringiensis 218 strain highly toxic to cotton bollworm and its restriction endonuclease map showed that the gene belongs to crylAc gene.The two plasmid vectors were modified and the cry218 gene was cloned In E. coli JM103 and Bacillus thuringiensis strain Bti 78/11, the recombinant protein expressed 130kD protein, and the insecticidal rate to Plutella xylostella was above 90% and 80% the above.
