目的:建立麋鹿角X射线衍射Fourier指纹图谱分析方法。方法:用粉末X射线衍射技术对不同年龄阶段、不同部位的麋鹿角进行分析,测定其指纹图谱,并进行相似度评价。结果:获得了麋鹿角的对照X射线衍射Fourier指纹图谱及特征标记峰值。结论:X射线衍射Fourier指纹图谱分析方法可用于麋鹿角药材的品质评价。
Objective: To establish a method for analyzing X-ray diffraction Fourier fingerprints of Acer antler. Methods: Powder X-ray diffraction technique was used to analyze the elk antlers of different ages and different parts. The fingerprints were determined and the similarity was evaluated. RESULTS: The control X-ray diffraction Fourier fingerprint and the peak of the characteristic marker were obtained. Conclusion: The X-ray diffraction Fourier fingerprinting analysis method can be used to evaluate the quality of Emu antlers.
