目的探讨不同排牙法的全口义齿咀嚼效能的不同之处。方法收集我院2014年01月至2015年12月期间诊治的60例无牙颌患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同将患者分为观察组(30例)与对照组(30例),观察组患者采用综合排牙法进行全口种植义齿,对照组采用上颌排牙法,观察两组患者全口义齿咀嚼效能的异同及佩戴2个月后外观、语言清晰度、义齿牢固程度、咀嚼功能、舒适度五个方面的满意度。结果观察组患者义齿咀嚼功效明显优于对照组(P<0.01);外观及语言清晰度比较,无显著差异(P>0.05);义齿牢固程度、咀嚼功能及口腔舒适度三个方面满意度,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论两种不同排牙法相比较,综合排牙法咀嚼效果更好,能很好的帮助患者完成义齿功能,临床上可优先选用。
Objective To explore the differences of masticatory efficiency of complete dentures with different rowing methods. Methods Sixty edentulous patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the research object. According to the different treatment methods, the patients were divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) Patients in the group were treated with the method of complete row denture, while the control group was maxillary row. The differences of masticatory efficacy between the two groups were observed and the appearance, language clarity, firmness of denture, masticatory function , Five aspects of comfort satisfaction. Results The denture chewing in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in appearance and speech intelligibility (P> 0.05). The denture firmness, masticatory function and oral comfort were all satisfactory, The observation group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Compared with two different rowing methods, the comprehensive rowing method can chew better and can help patients to complete the denture function.
