局部胃切除是胃壁内肿瘤，如平滑肌瘤和平滑肌肉瘤的标准治疗，有时也用以治疗其他的良性疾病，本文作者前瞻性的研究了局部切除和淋巴结切除治疗早期胃癌的结果。东京大学医学院外科在1996．9～1998．ired对8例男性单个胃癌病人作了局部切除和淋巴结切除。患者年龄26～84岁。?
Local gastrectomy is a standard treatment for intramural tumors, such as leiomyomas and leiomyosarcoma, and is sometimes used to treat other benign diseases. The authors prospectively studied the results of local resection and lymph node dissection for early gastric cancer. Tokyo University School of Medicine Surgery 1996.9 ~ 1998. Ired performed partial resection and lymph node dissection on 8 male patients with gastric cancer. The patient’s age was 26 to 84 years old. ?
