选择 59例系统性红斑狼疮 (SL E)患者和 2 0例正常人 ,检测白细胞介素 - 2受体 (s IL- 2 R)和睾酮 (Te)水平。用疾病活动评分 (SLAM)判断疾病活动性 ,并对 s IL - 2 R和 Te水平的变化及两者间的相关性进行分析。结果 SLE患者血清 s IL- 2 R水平显著高于正常人 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,Te显著低于正常人 (P<0 .0 0 1)。SLE活动期 s IL- 2 R水平与 SLAM指数显著高于非活动期 (P<0 .0 1) ,Te水平显著低于非活动期 (P<0 .0 1) ;Te水平和 s IL- 2 R水平呈负相关。
Fifty - nine patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and twenty normal controls were selected for detection of sIL - 2R and Te levels. Disease activity was assessed by disease activity score (SLAM), and the changes of sIL - 2R and Te levels and their correlations were analyzed. Results The level of sIL-2R in serum of SLE patients was significantly higher than that of normal people (P <0.01), Te was significantly lower than that of normal people (P <0.01). The levels of IL-2R and SLAM in SLE during active phase were significantly higher than those in inactive phase (P <0.01), Te levels were significantly lower than inactive phase (P <0.01), Te levels and sIL- 2 R level was negatively correlated.
