Fe_3O_4质量分数对橡胶密封性能有着极大的影响。近年来,因低水头水轮机导叶套筒密封材料失效而引起水或油泄漏事故层出不穷,对于在低水头水轮机导叶套筒密封材料的研究也成为了很多研究人员所关注的焦点。因此,本文通过对不同质量分数的Fe_3O_4密封橡胶材料在低水头水轮机导叶套筒应用进行理论方程分析发现:一定配比质量分数的Fe_3O_4密封橡胶材料相比于传统密封材料来说,它的摩擦系数更小、抗磨损性能更强。最后,将几种不同质量分数的Fe_3O_4密封橡胶材料在水电站进行实际应用,20%质量分数的Fe_3O_4密封橡胶材料使得低水头水轮机导叶套筒的泄漏量相比于对照组显著减少,水轮机的密封性能得到极大的提高。
The mass fraction of Fe 3 O 4 has a great influence on the sealing performance of rubber. In recent years, the research on the sealing material of the guide vane sleeve of low water head turbine has also become the focus of many researchers because of the water or oil leakage accidents which are caused by the failure of the sealing materials of the guide bush of the low head turbine. Therefore, in this paper, the theoretical analysis of the application of Fe_3O_4 sealing rubber with different mass fraction in low head hydraulic turbine guide vane sleeve shows that: compared with the traditional sealing material, the friction coefficient of Fe_3O_4 rubber with a certain mass fraction Coefficient smaller, more wear-resistant performance. Finally, several Fe_3O_4 sealing rubber materials with different mass fractions were put into practical application in hydropower stations. The leakage of low-head turbine guide vane sleeve was significantly reduced compared with the control group with 20% Fe_3O_4 sealing rubber material. The sealing of the turbine Performance has been greatly improved.
