教师教学权威行为是教师日常教学中不可或缺的重要组成部分,是每一位教师顺利进行教育教学活动的重要保证,它在教师的成长道路上起着不可替代的作用。前苏联伟大的教育家苏霍姆林斯基说过“在教师所拥有的教育手段中,对孩子们的权威是最要紧、最普遍、包罗一切同时又是最锐利和不安全的手段”。改善教师教学权威行为不仅有利于促进学生、教师和社会的发展,更有利于保证教育教学活动的顺利展开,增加课堂教学文化传递的有效性,提高教育教学效果。因此,研究教师教学权威行为的含义、内容及设计策略具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。
