由于黄河流域持续干旱,干流来水偏枯,冬季小流量封河的可能性增大。近日,黄河防总首次启用遥感技术监测黄河凌情,密切关注冰情变化,为防凌决策提供及时准确的信息,保证黄河凌期安全。 凌情监测的主要内容是利用较低分辨率的卫星对冰凌的发生、发展直到凌汛结束整个过程动态的变化进行实时监测,每1~3天采集一次数据。在实时监测的基础上,根据防汛部门对凌情发生、发展的预报,利用较高分辨率的卫星对关键时间段进行监测。对所有获得的数据进行计算机影像处理,再以遥感影像为基础,以常规监测资料勘测数据为线索,通过人机交互方式,解译、勾画出冰冻外缘线,计算冰面积、冰覆盖度等
