通过对民族精神传承与发展的历史考察和民族精神弘扬与培育的现状分析,对民族精神及其培育问题进行分析和概括。提出应把弘扬和培育民族精神纳入国民教育和精神文明建设全过程,实施民族精神培育工程、相关科研成果推广工程、课程改革补充工程、民族精神家庭培育工程、民族精神社区教育工程等建议。
Through the historical investigation of the inheritance and development of national spirit and the analysis of the status quo of carrying forward and nurturing the national spirit, the issue of national spirit and its cultivation is analyzed and summarized. It is suggested that the promotion and cultivation of the national spirit should be integrated into the whole process of national education and spiritual civilization construction, the implementation of the national spirit cultivation project, the promotion of relevant scientific research achievements, the supplement of curriculum reform, the family nurture project of national spirit and the education project of national spirit community.
