随着我国教育改革的不断深入,教育教研活动也在大小幼儿园如火如荼的开展起来,幼儿教育也不例外,在一定程度上为教育教学的发展起到了积极作用。但是,随着教学活动的频繁开展,一些幼儿教师叫苦不迭,尤其是在教研中表现出色的幼儿教师,为了把“教研”课上好,不惜耽误孩子们的时间进行大量的课前准备和课堂预演,导致孩子疲惫,不知所言。因此,本文结合多年教学实际,深入分析幼儿园教研活动中存在的一些弊端,进一步提出优化措施,让教研真正的为教学服务。
With the continuous deepening of education reform in our country, education, teaching and research activities are also carried out in large and small kindergartens in full swing. However, with the frequent practice of teaching activities, some kindergarten teachers complain bitterly, especially outstanding kindergarten teachers in teaching and research. In order to put “teaching and research” classes in good condition, they do a great deal of preparatory work before they delay the children And class rehearsal, leading to child tired, I do not know what to say. Therefore, this article combined with years of teaching practice, in-depth analysis of kindergarten teaching and research activities of some of the shortcomings, and further proposed optimization measures, so that teaching and research for the real teaching services.
