There is a lot of evidence for the new concepts of sperm capacitation and acrosome reaction, and more and more people noticed the role of sperm membrane receptors and the role of regulatory proteins in these processes. Recently showed that epinephrine and norepinephrine can stimulate the acrosome reaction. When various adrenergic agents and their antagonists are used, it is shown that spermatozoa have β-adrenergic receptors that function in this process. A strong beta blocker blocking beta receptor has now been tested for localization of these receptors by means of fluorescence microscopy. Aminoacridylpropranolol was added to the sperm, and then the gametes were examined by fluorescence microscopy. The fluorescence was concentrated in some of these gametes in the acrosome, while the others were weak. Show that it specifically combined with acrosome as well as others. If this combination is specific, then use different
